  Necessary land acquisitions for the investment include legal services. The effect of our specialists' work allows applying for a building permit.

• Zoning plans

  Full support for procedures leading to obtaining spatial development studies and plans is complemented by public consultations which result in the final concept of the investment.

• Environmental decision

  Natural resource surveys and the environmental impact reports we handle results with obtaining a decision on the investment's environmental conditions of consent.

• Right of way

  Negotiations with property owners, land lease or easement agreements along with the completion of administrative procedures allow for obtaining access to the site of the planned investment.

• Social Communication

  Reducing the risk of local protests and meeting the most possible social acceptance as the result of our support during the investment process.

• Feasibility study

  Synthetic analysis we offer to prepare, covering information about locations in which the investment project will be implemented, including description of the stakeholders.
